How do I upgrade my account?

Ans: Log in to your Zoho Wiki account and on the top right corner, click on Help > Pricing/Upgrade (from the drop-down menu). You can access the pricing page by clicking on the provided URL: https://wiki.zoho.com/plan.do. Depending on the plan you choose, click on the Upgrade button at the bottom. Provide the credit card details to complete your payment.

Note: You do not need to enter your credit card details again for upgrading to the next plan.

How do I downgrade my account?

Ans: Log in to your Zoho Wiki account and on the top right corner, click on Help > Pricing/Upgrade (from the drop-down menu). You can even access the pricing page by clicking on the provided URL: https://wiki.zoho.com/plan.do. Depending on the plan you choose, click on the Downgrade button at the bottom.

Note: No amount will be transacted from your credit card if you downgrade to the FREE plan. 

Do I receive an invoice for the paid amount?

Ans: Yes, as soon as the payment gets processed, you will receive an automated invoice sent to the e-mail address of the primary contact. If you do not receive one, please e-mail to payments@zohocorp.com to request a duplicate copy of the invoice.

Note: To change the details of the primary contact, go to Zoho Accounts, click "My Email IDs" and edit the details.

Is the payment automatically swiped for the selected period?

Ans: Yes, payment is automatically transacted at the selected subscription period. To stop the auto payment, you have to downgrade to the FREE edition.

Where can I change my credit card information?

Ans: Log in to your Zoho Wiki account and on the top right corner, click on Help > Pricing/Upgrade (from the drop-down menu). You can even access the pricing page by clicking on the provided URL: https://wiki.zoho.com/plan.do. Scroll down the page and you will find "update credit card" button. Click on the button to update your card details.

What edition do I get when I sign up for Zoho Wiki?

Ans: On signing up you get the Free edition. Just access the pricing page by clicking on the provided URL:  https://wiki.zoho.com/plan.do 

   

Can I upgrade to any of the paid editions from a free edition? Will I lose my data by upgrading?

Ans: Yes, you can upgrade to any of the paid editions anytime. Your data is safe and intact even after upgrading.
