How to upgrade the projects account?
Ans: The Portal Owner is the only person who can upgrade the account.

To upgrade the projects account :
1. In Admin section, click Upgrade/Billing
2. Click UPGRADE for the plan you like to go with
3. In Plan Details, indicate your Payment Duration and choose the required ADD-ONS
4. Click Place Order
5. In Payment Details, specify your card details and billing address
6. Click Continue
7. In Confirm Order, verify your card details and then click Make Payment to upgrade the plan
8. A confirmation message about the upgrade is displayed

Note : This upgrades your plan to a paid plan and the required amount is automatically transacted from your credit card. In addition, you will receive a purchase mail along with the plan details for your records. 
How to downgrade the projects account to the FREE plan?
Ans: The Portal Owner is the only person who can downgrade the account.

To downgrade the projects account :
1. In Admin section, click Upgrade/Billing
2. Hover over the existing plan and then click Change Plan
3. In Free click DOWNGRADE
4. Click Continue to proceed
5. In Help Us to Improve, indicate your reason for cancellation and then click Confirm Downgrade to cancel the plan
6. A confirmation message about canceling the plan is displayed

Once done, the projects account will be automatically downgraded to Free Plan where all the projects - except one - are deactivated temporarily but not lost; further payment, too, will be stopped. 
How to upgrade/downgrade the subscription?
Ans: The Portal Owner is the only person who can change the subscription.

To upgrade the subscription:
1. In Admin section, click Upgrade/Billing
2. Hover over the existing plan and then click Change Plan
3. Select the desired plan and click UPGRADE
4. Verify the purchase order and click Confirm to successfully change the plan
5. A confirmation message about the plan change is displayed
For example: Your account is in the Express Plan monthly subscription (20 Projects). When you upgrade to the Premium plan, you can manage 50 projects.

To downgrade the subscription:
1. In Admin section, click Upgrade/Billing
2. Hover over the existing plan and then click Change Plan
3. Select the desired plan and click DOWNGRADE
4. Verify the purchase order and click Confirm to successfully change the plan
5. A confirmation message about the plan change is displayed
For example: Your account is in the Premium Plan monthly subscription (50 Projects). When you downgrade to the Express plan, you can manage the first 20 projects. Rest of the projects are deactivated - i.e they would be available in our DB but not visible for the users.
How to change the credit card details for the projects account?
Ans:The Portal Owner is the only person who can change the credit card details.

To change the credit card details :
1. In Admin section, click Upgrade/Billing
2. Click Settings and then click Billing Details
3. In Your Credit Card Number, click Change

Note: Update Credit Card details option is listed only when your projects account is in any one of the paid plans.
Will I receive an invoice for the payment made?
Ans: Yes. The Portal Owner will receive an automated invoice for every purchase and renewal, that too within 24 hours from the time of purchase or renewal.
What are the modes of payment accepted for making a purchase?
Ans: Online payment via Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, AMEX. Other modes of payments are via PayPal, Cheque and Wire Transfer - only for Yearly subscription irrespective of the selected plan and not otherwise.

How to upgrade my account's subscription from Monthly to Yearly?
Ans: The Portal Owner is the only person who can upgrade the subscription.

To upgrade the subscription:
1. In Admin section, click Upgrade/Billing
2. Click Change
3. Verify the payment details and click Continue
4. Click Confirm to confirm the payment duration details
5. A confirmation message about the modified monthly to yearly plan is displayed
How to downgrade the projects account's subscription from Yearly to Monthly?
Ans: It is not possible to downgrade the projects account from the Yearly to Monthly subscription. However, as a workaround, the Portal Owner can refer to the steps mentioned below.
1. Downgrade the projects account to the Free plan
2. Upgrade the projects account to the required monthly subscription.


How to subscribe for the add-on?
Ans: The Portal Owner is the only person who can upgrade the subscription.

To subscribe for the add-on:
1. In Admin section, click Upgrade/Billing
2. Hover over the desired add-on and then click Subscribe Add-on
3. Verify the payment details and click Continue
4. Verify the purchase order and click Confirm to successfully subscribe the add-on
5. A confirmation message about subscribing for the add-on is displayed

Will Zoho auto-charge the yearly/monthly fee?
Ans: Yes. In Zoho, the billing model is an auto-recurring one. As a result, the plan fee will be transacted automatically from the credit card on file and the license will be extended either yearly or monthly based on the opted subscription mode.
