How can I change number of hosts and participants ?
Ans: Log in to Zoho Meeting, click on "Manage Subscription" link at the right, select your plan, choose the number of hosts and participants and click continue.

How do I downgrade my account?
Ans: To downgrade your Account, log in to Zoho Meeting, click on "Manage Subscription" link to the right, and click on "Downgrade to free" button, which will downgrade your Zoho Meeting account to a FREE plan.

Where do I change credit card information?
Ans: Log in to Zoho Meeting, click on "Manage Subscription" link at the right -> click "Update credit card details" button.

What does the term "trial edition" mean?
Ans:  Trial edition means you are given temporary access to try out features that come with a paid edition, for a certain period (30 days). You can evaluate the paid features of the Service, like inviting multiple participants, file transfer, switching presenters, remote control etc. for free for the specified period, after which you can either subscribe to the service or move to the FREE limited feature edition.

Does the Trial Edition need my credit card details? Will I be billed automatically after the trial period is over?
Ans: No. We do not take your credit card details to use the Trial edition, and we do NOT charge automatically, unless you explicitly 'Subscribe' to the Service.

What will happen once the Trial period expires?
Ans: After the Trial period expires, your account will be automatically converted to a FREE plan, and you will not be able to use the paid features until you subscribe to the Service.
