How do I upgrade my account?

Ans:
  1. Login to Zoho Invoice.
  2. Click on "Subscription" at the top of the page.
  3. Click on "Change Plan" button
  4. Choose a plan and click on "Upgrade".
  5. Choose your billing mode and click on "Continue".
  6. Enter your card details and click on "Confirm". 

What does 30 days cash back means?

Ans: After upgrading from FREE to one of our paid plan, if you don't like it just e-mail to payments@zohocorp.com within 30 days from the date of upgrade, we will refund your full amount.

How do I downgrade my account?

Ans:
    1. Sign in to Zoho Invoice.
    2. Click the Subscription Details link under the Home tab and click the Change Plan button.
    3. Click the Downgrade to Free plan link at the bottom of the page to downgrade.
    4. Send us a feedback to confirm the downgrade.

Do you store my credit card information?

Ans: No, we do not store your credit card details.

How do I view my account information?

Ans:
•    Login to Zoho Invoice.
•    Click on "Subscription" at the top of the page.
 
How can I receive an invoice for the payment made?

Ans: For every purchase or renewal an auto invoice is generated and sent to primary contact via e-mail. If you have missed the invoice, send an email to payments@zohocorp.com and we will help you out.

When will you charge my credit card?

Ans: You will be charged during the sign up and subsequently you will be charged based on the billing mode that you select.  By default we follow a monthly billing cycle and you will be charged on the same date every month.

Where do I change credit card information?

Ans:
  1. Login to Zoho Invoice at http://invoice.zoho.com
  2. Click on "Subscription" at the top of the page.
  3. Click on "Change Credit Card Details " link and enter new card details.
  4. Click on "Update" to update your new card details.

When I downgrade to FREE plan, what happens to my data on the system?

Ans: Your data on the system will be untouched.  Only the number of invoices/estimates you can generate will be limited to five per month.

Can I cancel the subscription at anytime?

Ans: Yes, you are free to cancel the subscription any time.

Do you accept AMEX card?

Ans: Yes, we accept all types of credit cards.

Where can I view the terms and privacy policy of the service?

Ans: You can view the details at Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
