How do I upgrade my account? Ans: 1. Login to Zoho Docs (http://docs.zoho.com) 2. Click on "Upgrade" at the top of the page. 3. Choose a plan and click on "Upgrade" 4. Choose your subscription mode and enter your card details. 5. Click on "Confirm"
How do I downgrade my account? Ans:
1. Login to Zoho Docs (http://docs.zoho.com) 2. Click on "Upgrade" at the top of the page. 3. Click on "Downgrade" button under FREE plan. 4. Click on "Confirm" to confirm your plan change.
How can I receive an invoice for the payment made? Ans: For every purchase or renewal an auto invoice is generated and sent to primary contact via e-mail. If you have missed the invoice, request one by sending e-mail to payments@zohocorp.com.
Is the payment automatically swiped for the period selected? Ans: Yes, payment happens automatically at the selected subscription period. To stop the auto payment, you have to downgrade your service.
Where do I change credit card information? Ans: Login to Zoho Docs (http://docs.zoho.com) , click on Upgrade link at the top, you will find "change credit card" details at right side panel.
Do you store my credit card information? Ans: No, we do not store your credit card details.
