How do I upgrade my account? Ans: Log in to your Zoho Discussions portal, click on upgrade link at the top or go to settings -> Plan, select your plan and add-on details and proceed to provide your credit card details for payment.
How do I downgrade my account? Ans: To downgrade users, log in to Zoho Discussions portal, click on Upgrade link at the top or choose settings -> Plan, scroll down the page, choose your plan and downgrade.
How can I receive an invoice for the payment made? Ans: For every purchase or renewal an auto invoice is generated and sent to primary contact via e-mail. If you have missed the invoice, request a copy by sending an e-mail to payments@zohocorp.com.
Where do I change credit card information? Ans: Log in to your Zoho Discussions Portal, click on Upgrade link at the top or go to the settings -> Plan. You will find "change payment mode / card details" at the bottom of the plan comparison panel.
Do you store my credit card information? Ans: No, we do not store your credit card information.
How many discussions portals can I have? Ans: Depending on your needs, you can have as many discussion portals as you want. Each portal can be purchased separately.
