How do I upgrade my account?

Ans: Log in to Zoho Creator, click on "Account Settings" link at the top, and select Subscription tab. Or you can access it directly by entering  https://creator.zoho.com/upgradeplan on your browser. Select the plan you want to upgrade to, and click "Upgrade" button at the bottom. You will be prompted to give add-on details and your credit card details for payment.

How do I downgrade my account?

Ans: Log in to Zoho Creator, click on "Account Settings" link at the top, and select Subscription tab. Or you can access it directly by entering  https://creator.zoho.com/upgradeplan on your browser. Select the plan you want to downgrade to, and click "Downgrade" button at the bottom. To downgrade to Free Edition, click "Downgrade" button at the bottom of Free Edition column.

How can I receive an invoice for the payment made?

Ans: For every purchase or renewal, an auto invoice is generated and sent to primary contact via e-mail. If you have missed the invoice, you can request a copy by sending e-mail to payments@zohocorp.com. To change the primary contact, go to Zoho Accounts , click "My Email IDs" and edit to change the primary Mail ID.

Is the payment automatically withdrawn for the period selected?

Ans: Yes, payment is withdrawn automatically at the selected subscription period. To stop the auto payment, you have to downgrade your service to Free edition.

Where do I change credit card information?

Ans: Log in to Zoho Creator, click on "Account Settings" link at the top, and select Subscription tab. Or you can access it directly by entering  https://creator.zoho.com/upgradeplan on your browser. Scroll down the page and click "update credit card" details link to change related information.

I am using the Free Edition. Can I purchase add-ons?

Ans: Yes, you can purchase records, file attachments and email as add-ons from your Free Edition. Click on "Account Settings" link at the top, select Subscription tab and Click "Manage" button. You can now select the add-on features of your choice and checkout.

How will downgrading to a lower edition affect the users per account?

Ans: For example, when you downgrade from Professional Plus edition (25 users) to Professional edition (10 users), the first 10 users on your older edition will be 'Active' and be able to access applications that are shared to them. The status of all excessive users (15 users in this example) are changed to 'Inactive' and can no longer access applications that are shared to them. However, if you plan to upgrade again later, the 'Inactive' users will become 'Active' again and be able to access shared applications.

What edition am I set to when I sign up for Zoho Creator?

Ans: You will be set to the Enterprise edition on a Trial period for 15 days.

What will happen once the trial period ends?

Ans: If you do not upgrade or select your plan during the trial period, your subscription will be set to Free Edition automatically, upon the completion of the trial period. All the features specific to the Enterprise edition will no longer be available to you.

Does automatic billing start after completion of the trial period?

Ans: No, we don't start automatic billing after the trial period. Your billing will start only if you click on the "Upgrade" button in the subscription tab, to upgrade from Free edition and check out.

Can I upgrade to any of the paid editions from a free edition? Will I lose my data by upgrading?

Ans: You can upgrade to one of the paid business editions anytime. Your data will be safe and retained fully on upgrade.
